Since founding PN Reichert Consulting in 2015, Dr. Philipp Reichert has delivered impactful consulting projects for a diverse range of clients, including the Canadian Bureau for International Education (CBIE). One of his most significant contributions was serving as the program developer for the creation of the International Students and Immigration Education Program (ISIEP) in 2015, a foundational initiative that continues to shape the field of international student support and immigration education.
Over the years, Philipp has collaborated with expert colleagues on various projects, including developing specialized immigration policy training, agent training, and professional development programs for international education professionals. His most recent work includes co-leading a major initiative for the British Columbia Council for International Education (BCCIE), focused on designing comprehensive support systems for international students, further advancing institutional strategies for global engagement and student success.
Collaborated with the Canadian Bureau for International Education (CBIE) and lead the creation of the International Students and Immigration Education Program (ISIEP) as the Lead Subject Matter Expert (SME), program designer and lead instructor until 2017. Continue to serve in an advisory and ad hoc support capacity.
Co-lead of group of SME's to create a Guide to Comprehensive International Student Supports for Post-Secondary Institutions for BCCIE and shared with the Province of British Columbia.
SME member the working group to create the Regulated International Student Immigration Advisor (RISIA) designation in 2014/2015 and the creation of the RISIA competencies template. 2015-2021 RISIA Competencies and Exam Writing Group
Worked with CBIE and collaborated with a group of IRCC Policy and Programming Experts to create the EduNova Agent Training Program.
